The legal and accounting house of “Elenkov & Co” is located in the town of Svilnegrad, Khaskovo region, only 13 km from the Republic of Turkey and 6 km from the Republic of Greece. Due to its location the office serves a great number of foreign investors and traders from the region /see map/.
“Elenkov & Co” is active in the service of the construction business and real-estates sale-trade on the territory of the entire region, and so as the entire region of the south Black Sea coast - Sunny Beach Sea Resort, Nessebar, Pomorie, Bourgas, Sozopol, Primorsko, Kiten and others. Our basic purpose is to achieve good relationships with them, resultant from the initial professional approach, because we are fully aware of the fact that we meet and work with people, who are not well acquainted with the Bulgarian legislation, the traditions and customs of our country, and we are the ones who will be there for them and help them to make these first steps in Bulgaria and make sure that they will think of them with kindness.
