Born in 26th of October, 1974, he completes his studies in the Faculty of Law - Plovdiv University “Paisie Hilendarski” in the year of 1999 as a Master of Law. From 12th of December, 2000 he is registered as a lawyer in BAR – Khaskovo. He is an expert in the field of estate, commercial, contractual, administrative, customs, banking, insurance and international private law.
